Diane Shook, Board Member

For over 20 years, Diane worked in executive leadership at Oracle Corporation. She was Vice President, Global Go-to-Market M&A, directing the business integration for Oracle’s 80+ technology acquisitions into the sales organizations. Prior to that, Diane was a Regional Vice President for Oracle Consulting, managing the sales, delivery and operations serving commercial and federal customers.

Diane has also served as Managing Director of KPMG BearingPoint.

As of 2012, Diane formed Relational Constructs, LLC to dedicate her efforts to the private practice of law and alternative dispute resolution strategies for individuals, families in crisis, and corporate entities involved in complex legal issues. Diane also provides pro bono legal services through Good Samaritan Advocates where she is also a co-Director of the GSA Reston Bible clinic and sits on the GSA Board.

Diane holds the J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and is admitted to the bar in Virginia and Maryland.
