What Time Should I arrive?

Please join us for appetizers and a meet & greet at 6:30pm. Dinner will be served (buffet style) at 7:00pm. Feel free to arrive early. The grounds are beautiful for a stroll.

How long will the event last?

We expect to be finished by 9:00pm, but please don’t feel like you have to rush out. You’re welcome to stay and mingle with the new friends you’ve made!

Is there parking?

Normandie Farm has a parking lot on site with plenty of space!

I have food allergies. Will I be able to eat?

We are having a buffet-style meal. We have included meat, fish, and vegetable options. While we can’t guarantee there won’t be cross-contamination, if you have any serious concerns - please contact Elizabeth Drake and we will see how we can best accommodate your needs.

What is the dress code?

Business Casual! Feel free to dress comfortably. Dresses, nicely pressed slacks, blazers, etc. are all acceptable.

Can I bring my children? Will there be childcare provided?

Sorry, we aren’t offering childcare this year.
